Sloan privacy policy
Last updated 26 October 2026
Sloan is an internal tool that Entourage Group brokerages use to manage home loan applications. AgentGroup.AI Pty Ltd (ABN 32 686 593 288) runs Sloan. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean AgentGroup.AI.
Sloan is used only by Entourage Group staff and the clients they invite. If you are a client, your brokerage's own privacy policy and credit guide also apply to you.
What we collect
- Staff: your name, work email address, the Google account details you sign in with, your brokerage and role, and records of your activity and sign-ins. When you send a client a request from Sloan, your name is shown to them as the sender.
- Clients: the details and documents your broker asks for to prepare your loan application. These can include identity, employment, income, tax, bank, credit, property and family information, and details about other people named in those documents. Some documents also show sensitive information, such as a health fund, union or church payment on a bank statement, or a government-payment or parental-leave record. Sloan reads it as part of the document, and we use it for nothing else.
- Sign-in attempts: if you try to sign in, we record the address you used and your IP address and browser, to keep Sloan secure.
- Microsoft sign-in waitlist: if you joined the waitlist for Microsoft sign-in, we hold your work email address and brokerage name.
We collect it from your brokerage, from you through the client portal (including files you choose from Google Drive), from Google when staff sign in, and by reading the documents themselves.
How we use it
We use personal information only to run Sloan for your brokerage and keep it secure.
Sloan uses computer programs, including AI, to sort documents, match them to people, read their details, run checks and list what is still needed. These programs can use anything a document shows. Sloan makes no decision about a loan on its own, and staff can review and change its results.
We do not sell personal information, use it for marketing, or use it to train AI models.
Google user data
When staff sign in with Google, Sloan receives your name, email address, basic profile and Google account identifier. We use these only to sign you in and show who you are in Sloan.
If you use Google Drive with Sloan, the client portal, picking individual files and Save to Drive ask for access to chosen files and files Sloan creates (drive.file). If a broker imports a folder, Sloan asks separately for read-only access to their Drive (drive.readonly) so it can read the files inside. That permission can read the whole Drive; Sloan imports only the folders and files the broker chooses. Google may show a warning if the organisation has not marked Sloan as trusted.
If you connect Google Drive, Sloan keeps that connection, encrypted, until you disconnect it in Settings or remove it in your Google account.
Google processes sign-in and Google Drive information, including in the United States.
We do not use Google user data for advertising, sell it, or share it except with the service providers that run Sloan. Sloan's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements.
Where it is stored and who sees it
Information is stored in Australia, encrypted, with Amazon Web Services in Sydney. Some service providers process it outside Australia, including in the United States and the European Union, on terms that they do not keep it or use it for training.
We share information only with the brokerage it belongs to, the service providers that help us run and support Sloan, and others where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep information while your brokerage needs it, then delete it or return it to the brokerage, unless the law requires us to keep it. Backup copies and logs are removed within 30 days after that.
Access, correction and complaints
To see or correct your information, contact your broker, who can see and update your deal, or contact us. We will check who you are and respond within 30 days, at no charge. If we cannot give access or make a correction, we will tell you why in writing.
To make a complaint, contact us first. Our Privacy Officer will look into it and reply in writing within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at www.oaic.gov.au or on 1300 363 992.
