Sloan terms of use

Sloan is an internal tool that AgentGroup.AI Pty Ltd (ABN 32 686 593 288) runs for Entourage Group brokerages. By using Sloan, you agree to these terms. Our privacy policy at app.sloanapp.ai/privacy explains how we handle personal information.

Access

Use Sloan only with the access your brokerage gives you, and do not share your sign-in or any link sent to you.

Your documents

Documents you add remain yours or your brokerage's. You allow us to store and process them to run Sloan, as the privacy policy describes. Only add documents you are allowed to share.

Sloan's results

Sloan can make mistakes, and brokers must check its results. Sloan does not give credit advice or make lending decisions.

Proper use

Do not upload harmful code, try to access information that is not yours, get around Sloan's security, or copy or reverse engineer Sloan. We may suspend access to protect Sloan or its users.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss from using Sloan.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will show the date they last changed. These terms are governed by the law of Victoria, Australia.
